Telephone numbers are available for some leads, from publicly displayed profile information or details customers voluntarily provide in private messages. Region information refers to Douyin IP-region or profile-location data. Sales staff confirm customer intent through further conversation.

Additional computers cost CNY 500 per computer per year, prorated by the remaining licensed days and expiring with the main license. The selected license period runs continuously from the contract effective date.
Accounts, data & support
Multiple accounts & local storage
Sign in to different Douyin accounts in separate windows. Multiple windows on one licensed computer are not charged separately. Leads are stored on your computer and remain available after closing and reopening the software.
Assistance when changing computers
Contact the service team to rebind your license when changing computers. Rebinding is free, with no limit on the number of requests.
Installation & getting started
Remote assistance is available for installation and activation, along with recorded tutorials.
Support during your license period
On working days, 09:00–18:00, support covers installation, activation, usage questions, software faults and version updates.

Does every lead include a phone number?
Some leads include telephone numbers publicly displayed on profiles or voluntarily provided in private messages. You can also organize leads using nicknames, Douyin IDs, profile links, comments and region information.
Can I filter by city?
Yes. City filters use Douyin IP-region or user-profile location information.
